SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM SALES
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively contact security managers and decision makers to set appointments for security needs assessments and site surveys
- Maintain accountability for the development of new security/surveillance accounts within assigned territory
- Act as each client’s trusted liaison, offering non-intrusive security solutions customized to each client’s environment and safety needs
- Manage accounts while consistently analyzing opportunities for up-selling new applications and advanced security technologies
- Meet monthly goals and expectations for calls completed, appointments, and demonstrations
- Complete sales reporting requirements including CRM database and daily activity logs
- Serve as first line of contact with customers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner, consult with Director of Corporate Sales when needed
- Participate in conferences and trade shows and commit to Cleveland Corporate Services’ sales processes and values
- Demonstrate proficiency in product functionality and services as well as ongoing product updates
- Complete persuasive presentations to key corporate decision makers
- Establish and manage vendor relationships with security solutions manufacturers

- Demonstrated advanced technical aptitude and complete working knowledge of bleeding-edge security technology
- Ability to customize sales methodology to specific enterprise targets
- Superior presentation skills and ease in communicating with business executives
- Bachelor’s or other 2/4 year degree/diploma preferred
- Minimum 5 years field sales experience with a proven track record of results in security/surveillance sales
- Advanced technical skills and desire to learn functionality of new surveillance technologies
- Valid driver’s license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per Oklahoma Corporate Services’ policy
WORKING CONDITIONS (Mental & Physical Demands)
- Occasional overnight travel to complete corporate appointments
- Availability and flexibility to work extended hours during periods of increased buying activity
- Ability to transport and lift security demonstration equipment and other large objects (up to 50 lbs), bend, stoop, reach with arms and hands
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time during presentations and trade shows

SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM INSTALLER
REQUIREMENTS
The candidate must have at least 2 years of proven experience on the installation of security systems. Must be of good presence and customer service oriented. Must be a troubleshooter, and of proactive attitude. Must be well experienced in running raceways and following current NEC requirements. Must be able to work long hours, some weekends and holidays.
